Phil, you did it again! It has been a year and a half since you helped us
design, create and implement, as you called it, “Our Encouragers Retreat.”
We are all Encouragers versus Leaders. So, it made sense to see if you
could help us with our planning session and wow, did you help!

From the title, “Work Smart, Have Fun & Make Money™ – Being Strong in
Challenging Times,” you created a process that was built from our front
line up through our Encouragers, to the practice session with each
department head, to the full day. We are thrilled. We know next year will
present challenges and we know with your help, we are positioned to meet
them and prosper.

We recently enlisted Phil Sorentino of Humor Consultants Inc. to present to our entire leadership team during our quarterly management retreat. We wanted a presenter that could send a powerful message regarding balancing work and personal life. In addition, he spoke of leadership qualities and teambuilding strategies.
